Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. For prints I'm using print-on-demand services. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you.
How can I track my order?
I ship paintings all over the world and will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel as it makes it way to you. Your ORIGINAL PAINTING will be shipping from UKRAINE via Ukrposhta (www.ukrposhta.ua) as EMS express option. After your order has been shipped, you will get a personal tracking number to track your parcel. Please note there may be a small chance that a parcel could get stuck at customs for up to 6 weeks. What about tax?
Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Any taxes or duties are at expense to the buyer separately.

Do you taking comissions?

Do you offer framing?
Sorry, I don't offer framing options for my paintings. But in my shop can be able some of original painting with the frame, as an exception.

Do you accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, Payoneer?
Yes, I accept all these payment methods! For paying with a Credit or Debit card you can use PayPal. Also you can make payments directly to my account, I will send you bank details or my Payoneer account upon request!

Do you accept other currencies?
All prices are in USD but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
Can I return my COMMISSION order(s)?
Commission purchases are final & non-refundable.
Can I exchange/return my ORIGINAL order(s) in store?
If you are not satisfied with the ORIGINAL painting for any reason, I will gladly accept it back within 14 days from the date of delivery, I will refund the money as soon as we receive the painting back. All postage is the responsibility of the buyer. The painting must be sent in the same package. In case of damage ORIGINAL due to the fault of delivery, send me a confirmation photo (including photos of packaging and demage of your order) and we will resolve this issue. I your order not tracking during 3 mounths and you don't get order delivered during this time, I will refund the money.
Can I exchange/return my PRINT order(s) in store?
You can't return your PRINT purchase, it's final & non-refundable. If the PRINT arrives damaged during shipment, I will send you a replacement print. In case of damage due to the fault of delivery, send me a confirmation photo (including photos of packaging and demage of your order) and we will resolve this issue. If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will send you a replacement print.
